Emilia's Apartment (#64)
This charming property just 5 minutes from the historical hilltop town of Anghiari consists of a classic, restored Tuscan farmhouse and converted stone tower together able to accommodate up to 12 guests. It is a small ‘working’ farm and enjoys most panoramic views of the estate’s grapevines, fields of crops and woodland where the horses and goats find welcome shade from the Tuscan sun. Emilia owns and manages the estate and is only too pleased for guests to participate in agricultural activities and to sample the farm’s products that include quality wines and jams.
The actual farmhouse is divided into 2 apartments that may be rented separately or together for larger groups with the third apartment in the converted tobacco drying tower.

La Madia [sleeps 6]
Consists of a spacious well equipped kitchen with large, traditional stone fireplace and dining table plus a living room with second dining table that is able to seat up to 12 people. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one double and one twin that share a bathroom along with another twin bedroom with en suite bathroom also with shower. The entrance of the apartment which is on the first floor has a charming covered balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy an aperativo in the romantic evening sunlight.
La Casina [sleeps 2]
On the ground floor there is a spacious dining/living room with full kitchen that steps out onto a small courtyard overlooking the vineyard for private dining al fresco. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine with bedroom that can be made up as one double or 2 single beds plus bathroom with shower.
Nuvole [sleeps 4]
Consists of kitchen and living room plus bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms are on the first and second floors, the room on the top level enjoying lovely views of the estate.
All the apartments are tastefully furnished in the traditional Tuscan country style but in addition Satellite TV, a telephone and a computer with internet access are available for guests in the beautiful arched room on the ground floor.
Ideally situated just minutes from the historical centre of Anghiari with its many excellent restaurants, bars, speciality shops, weekly markets, churches and wealth of delightful side streets to be discovered walking to the top of the town where one can enjoy perhaps the very best views of the historical Upper Tiber Valley. In addition to being the ideal base for those interested in Art & Culture, Emilia’s is perfect for nature lovers with the Upper Tiber valley to the East and the smaller Sovara valley to the West. The valleys are divided by gentle hills leading to the higher ridges Alpe di Poti and Alpe della Luna, great destinations for country walks and hikes. The estate is also a favourite spot for children with plenty of places to explore not to mention the horses and goats!
The Rates
The apartments are generally rented on a weekly basis but may subject to availability be rented on a daily basis for a minimum of 3 nights.

The weekly rates are inclusive of power, gas and weekly cleaning but exclude central heating costs.
