Tuscany Holiday Villa, founded by Justine Stevens, provides a combination of services to enhance a travellers' enjoyment of their vacation in the Valtiberina, or Upper Tiber Valley. We offer a selection of holiday rental properties as well as partner services to make your stay memorable and carefree. Our focus is on the quality local businesses, services and products that abound in this relatively undiscovered area of Tuscany.
We aim to help travellers easily obtain inside information on the area as quickly as possible, and even before they arrive so they can make their plans. To this end, we offer

Justine has lived in Tuscany for the past 12 years managing her own rental property, teaching cooking classes and providing Tuscan catering. She was born in New Zealand where she established two popular Tuscan restaurants that are still in operation. In May 2007 after encouragement from local property owners for whom she caters regularly, she created this cooperative website promoting this picturesque and unspoilt part of Tuscany.
The property owners who have joined the website are a cross section of Italians and non-Italians. They are united in their shared pride in the area and their desire to provide quality and warm hospitality. Many guests have said 'We arrived as guests and left as friends', a statement for the integrity of all that are represented on this site.
We personally inspect every property prior to listing and provide a very accurate and honest description, unlike some other multi-property websites. If there are issues about the facilities or access to the property we state this so that guests can make a fully informed selection.
