The property is strategically placed between Sansepolcro, the birthplace of the world renowned Piero della Francesca, his famous ‘Resurrection of Christ’ is on exhibition along with other masterpieces at the Museo Civico and the charming Medieval hilltop town of Anghiari that enjoys perhaps the most panoramic views of the Upper Tiber valley so very rich in culture, art & history. Both towns are just a 7 minute drive away and have an abundance of excellent restaurants & bars, specialty shops, weekly markets, supermarkets plus theatre, cinema and local annual festivals.
Guests may enjoy the saltwater pool (shared only with guests lodging in the 1 bedroom unit on the top floor) and the charming garden with many spots for dining al fresco and shade under the trees in order to relax with a good holiday novel. Ideal for kids with plenty of well maintained lawns for sporting activities in addition to the pool. Bonus for families being that the property is fully fenced with electric gates and ample private parking.
Ground Floor
Entrance into the characteristic but well equipped and functional kitchen with dishwasher and Sat TV. Alternative entrance into to the spacious lounge/dining featuring beautiful arched ceilings, a large dining table and an open fireplace. A smaller dining table is provided in the kitchen for casual meals and a large bathroom complete with bathtub and laundry area is adjoined to the lounge.
Just a few paces from the kitchen is an outdoor dining table with pergola making dining al fresco effortless. Another dining table is located under a gazebo for alternative poolside dining.
First Floor
Consists of a double room plus second bedroom featuring 2 single beds, a well appointed bathroom with shower plus a kids play area. Both bedrooms enjoy views over the garden and pool.
Whether you choose to simply relax by the pool and soak up life in rural Tuscany then enjoy a spectacular Tuscan sunset over a quiet drink in the garden or alternatively you opt to explore the numerous quaint and historical towns and their artistic treasures within easy reach and then enjoy a well deserved dip in the pool……a special and memorable holiday is all but guaranteed!
